Last week we held a Scrabble Drop-In event. Thanks to Adam for bringing all the boards, tiles, timers, scoresheets ... It was great fun, with lots of visitors to the space on a nice Saturday afternoon.

Movie nights - 6pm Saturdays.
Entry to all films is by cold-coin donation. Bring your own nibbles and non-alcoholic drinks (sorry the venue is not licensed), and rug up if it's going to be cold.
The program for July is:
10/7/10 - Labyrinth. This family classic is for all ages.
17/7/10 - ZOMBIE DOUBLE! Starting with Night of the Living Dead by George A Romero, and followed by Zombieland.
24/7/10 - MIYAZAKI DOUBLE! Starting with Ponyo followed by Howl's Moving Castle.

Call for volunteers
The reading room needs volunteers to supervise the space. This includes opening the shop, turning on the lights and music, filling the urn, greeting visitors and providing information, ensuring the security of equipment and artwork and of course usign the space as it is intended. If you are interested please find a registration form here, and send it to readingroom.adelaide@gmail.com asap. If you need a softcopy of the form emailed to you, email me, or there are copies at the reading room.
