Hi all,

Here's what's coming up at the reading room. If you have an idea for an event or a movie suggestion, please get in touch!

First some news:

The reading room is soon to be open on Mondays! That means 6 days a week of loungey, bookish funtimes.

The reading room is now a OBCZ - an Official Book Crossing Zone. We've set up a dedicated rack of books for any Bookcrossers out there. For more info on Bookcrossing visit the site, or vist the reading room's bookshelf.

Also coming up on the 7th October, 6pm, our next Art Exhibition will open featuring amazing work by Nicole Greenslade & Robin Tatlow-Lord. More details next week.

Once again the Hindley Street Beats reading group will be discussing the Greek Myths.
Every 2nd Thursday night (except exhibition openings) from 6:30pm - all welcome!

:: Friday 24th September
HYPERGRAPHIA
: disturbance of the temporal lobe and the limbic system
causing an increased urgency and compulsion to write.
A night of spoken word & performance with some projections too.
Opens at 6:30 and performances start at 7:30.
We are licenced too! Wine available :)
If you want to perform register at the reading room before 7:15.

The Dark Crystal
Entry by gold coin donation - covers the licence fee paid to show the film.
Tea & Popcorn also available. BYO drinks/nibbles.
Starts from 7pm.
