Last week we held the opening night for 'The Monsters' - a group exhibition as part of the Feast Festival. If you didn't make it, it's up until Sunday. We think it's pretty awesome.

Wed 30th Nov we're opening a window exhibition, then Tues 6th Dec our December show opens. Busy! More details below...

:: Friday 18th November - Sunday 27 November ::
The Monsters :: Feast Festival Exhibition.
Sexuality, identity, how do we fit in society and what purposes do we serve? The Monsters presents a look into queer youth and the issues within.
Artists: Dylan Pimm, Ryan Wakelin, Grace Mitchell and Lucy Palmer.

:: Tuesday 22nd November :: TONIGHT!!!
Dancing Room :: 6pm - 7:30pm
Fancy an hour and a half of dance after work? Feel like clubbing at a respectable hour?
Every Tuesday strictly dancing takes place from 6 - 7:30pm sharp at the reading room.
Guest DJs and dance floor - TONIGHT :: The Queen of Fucking Everything!
No Drinking. Just Dancing! All Welcome, including kids!

Word on the Street :: CANSA Exhibition :: Opening event 4:30 - 6:30, Wed 30th November - see below to RSVP
Word on the Street’ - an ephemeral art project combining the written word and visual installations of a community’s thoughts, ideas, dreams and hopes.
‘Word on the Street’ is a CAN SA PlaceMaking project. PlaceMaking works on the belief that meaningful interactions can turn spaces we find ourselves in, into places we want to engage with

December meeting of the Feminist Reading Group :: 6:30 - 9:30
Join us for this month's meeting as we read Jessica Valenti's The Purity Myth, which explores America's obsession with virginity- and why this obsession is harming young women by over-valuing them on the basis of their sexuality.
