:: Thursday 22nd March - 12th April :: ‘Living a life that I can’t leave behind’ – Fruzsi Kenez and Stephanie Lyall
To feel tied to somewhere you cannot be is as crippling as it is thrilling. Fruzsi is tied to Hungary (her birthplace), the Netherlands and Germany; places she has travelled, lived and loved in. Stephanie is tied to Denmark; she lived there in 2008 and fell in love with its bikes, its design, its pastries, its funny little (impossible) language and its cosiness. Fruszi and Stephanie hope to exorcise their nostalgia by sharing these things with you.
Fruzsi Kenez is storyteller, traveler and curious fan of the unusual and the strange; an illustrator, ceramist and photographer.
Stephanie Lyall is a jill of all trades who is constantly dreaming of Scandinavia. Sometimes she takes photographs.

:: Mondays & Tuesdays :: Happiness Sessions at the reading room :: NOT ON NEXT WEEK MON 9TH OR TUE10TH APRIL
Monday evening, 6pm - 7:30 -
Monday night laughter sessions!
Ever tried happiness meditation, or laughter yoga? A laughter session with Frazer is a mixture of the two. Some weeks we do a few exercises to get in a great mood, and then bliss out, and probably start laughing from overflowing joy. Most weeks we laugh for laughter a sake, and after a few minutes the harder you laugh, the better you feel, and many people find them self in that state where any and everything seems hilarious.
It's all guided, to make it easy to laugh or bliss out. Come laugh and spread the joy.

Tuesday afternoon, 12:30 - 1pm - Tuesday lunch destress session
Take 30 minutes of your lunch hour to completely let go with a guided deep relaxation. Bring your workmates and friends.
Tuesday afternoon, 1pm - 1:30 - Inner peace and tranquility session
These personal development sessions will be different each week. This weeks session will involve a journey in our imagination, to a lake of tranquility. There we will cultivate our own inner unshakable ocean of peace.

Payment is by what you think the session is worth - our payment jar is anonymous, and no one is watching. Improving your life is priceless.

:: Wednesday 4th April ::
April Meeting of the Adelaide Feminists Reading Group :: 6:30 - 9:30
If you thought feminism was just about men and women, think again: this month, we're reading Viviane Namaste's 'Sex Change, Social Change: Reflections on Identity, Institutions, and Imperialism', which addresses the less- discussed topic of how feminism relates to transsexual politics.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
